Hotel Franca

Two stars like the ones it should have, and instead it's a three. We booked here for the very cheap price, but this should not be an excuse for some carelessness in the management of the rooms. From the outside to the reception, the hotel appears well-kept, new and clean. Going up the stairs some sofas covered by a sheet are a bit reminiscent of those old houses that have been uninhabited for years and in my opinion they are not a pretty sight. Our room was small, there were only two of us so it did the same, apparently clean even if it was better not to open the mini drawers of the two dressers. However, it is the bathroom that is highly inadequate. Not so much for the small size or for the shower which closed with a curtain at the edge of the toilet and the door, leaving the sink inside. But for the old shower with the hand shower attached to the wall which let the water pass in just 12 jets of water, making rinsing a daring undertaking. A carelessness that does not concern the cheapness of the place but only a lack of professionalism. A new shower head costs from 5 to 20 euros if you want to spend a lot. The breakfast is worth the 3 stars, full of sweets as well as savory, cold cuts, Wusterl eggs, with coffee or cappuccino from the bar. We didn't try dinner. In short, a hotel that needs more attention to deserve its three stars.

Inadequate cost for the type of structure. The lady almost never answers the phone, we came across a village festival and were unable to reach the hotel car park with our means of transport. The ancient bathroom, small and uncomfortable, the bed bases with the iron structure and springs: I pay for a hotel to sleep and I find myself getting up with back pain! We were informed of the tourist tax, to be added to the price we had agreed, ONLY at the time of payment and if we didn't ask for the receipt he wouldn't even have given us one. I don't want to say anything else, we definitely won't repeat the experience. I don't recommend it.

We can define our stay as very pleasant, the children felt welcomed like family, the dining room and reception staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are a little dated but the cleanliness is excellent. The cuisine deserves a note of merit, the menu is varied and the dishes are cooked with passion. The chef is always very attentive to everyone's needs, even those of children, who he often pampers with sweet surprises. Another positive note is the convenience since the hotel is located in the city center and near the sea. All this with an excellent quality-price ratio.

We were guests at this facility on the occasion of the World SuperBike stage in Misano Adriatico. Truly friendly and welcoming staff, available at any time and for any type of need. Spectacular morning buffet, abundant and very varied, seasoned with the enormous friendliness of the staff present there. Cozy and functional room, very nice and always clean. Every day, even when not directly requested/scheduled, it was refurbished, including towels and anything else. Strategic and functional position, adjacent to the station, located in the central square and a few steps from the sea. Widely recommended.

Central hotel, close to the station and the sea. Also convenient for the shuttle that takes you to the circuit. Super helpful and kind staff. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was super. Every morning croissants, cakes, muffins, Nutella, yogurt, cereals, American breakfast, juices and much more were available. I absolutely recommend it, it deserves value for money.
